Title: Helpdesk 
Location: Washington,DC
Duration: 8+ months contract position
Client: Federal Reserve Board (FRB)

Job Description:
  • This is basically a helpdesk position and the person would be providing support over the phone and emails.
  • Some experience with SharePoint, Excel and basic MS office skills is what they are looking.
  • The person should work onsite 5 days/week.
  • SQL is not mandatory, its just nice to have skill.
  • The person should have good communication skills.
