Job Description:

Perform desktop support working IMAC tickets as well as desktop OS and HW issue resolution. Candidate must have working knowledge of HP and IBM PC hardware, experience with Blackberry and remote access support. A+ certification required. Software (i.e. Microsoft Suite, Adobe Products, PCAnywhere, etc); Hardware (HP, Dell, IBM, servers, PCs, network, firewalls etc..; Certifications ( A+ and HP certification required.). Candidate may be leveraged for touch labor response from the server/network or executive support group.

Prefer: Dell and HP certified, A+ certified.
